Molly A. (Vincik) Ecker, age 91, of Franklin Park, Illinois, passed away on April 26, 2017.

Molly was born in Poth, Texas to Jacob and Agnes Vincik.

Molly worked for the Pentagon.  It was in Washington DC, where she met the love of  her life.  She married, Richard J. Ecker. The couple settled in Chicago then Franklin Park, Illinois where they raised their three children: Richard, Joseph and MaryAnne.

Molly was a devoted and loving mother.  She was very pround of her family and was excited to become a Grandmother to her 4 grandchildren and Great Grandmother to her 5 great grand babies.  Molly loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her.  She would spend hours cooking and preparing for her company.

Molly was known for her feisty, yet good sense of humor.  She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Molly was the beloved wife of late Richard J. Ecker, devoted mother of Richard V. Ecker (Sue Ecker), Joseph E. Ecker (Ellen Ecker), Mary Anne Ecker (Wille' Llaguno), loving Grandmother of Joseph Ecker (Vikki Ecker), Richard Ecker (Susan Holmes), Amelia Faulstick (Derek Faulstick), Erik Ecker (Caroline Ecker).  Most certainly a "Grateful" Great Granny to Emma Amelia, Madeline Marie, Heidi Joy, Joseph John and Richard William.  Also a fond lover of her pets:  Rebel, Tippy, Heidi, Schatzi, Skipper, Lady and her ferrets Fred#1, Fred#2, Fred#3 and Freida.
